Warranty Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to provide services to any user or client and to modify its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision shall be inapplicable in those jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law and, in such cases, the right to access the website and services will be revoked.
By using the website and services, you represent and warrant that you have full power, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to perform all obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal incapacity or contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

By providing Warranty Services with your e-mail address, you agree that we may use your e-mail address to send you important notifications and communications about our services, news and special content. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the “unsubscribe” option in the e-mails themselves. This option may prevent you from receiving emails about our services, important news and special content.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
At Warranty Services, we provide warranty services designed to offer peace of mind and fast, efficient solutions to our clients. Our company, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, extends its coverage nationwide, encompassing both home and appliances. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on offering a high quality warranty service that ensures the continued protection of your property, no matter where you are located within the United States. Our commitment to client satisfaction is reflected in our mission: to ensure that you are covered at all times, providing timely responses and efficient solutions to any eventuality that may arise.
PLANS
Warranty services are offered through different plans:
- Appliance Coverage
- System Coverage
- Combined Coverage
The coverage of each plan varies according to the number of appliances the client chooses to include. The cost of the plan will be adjusted based on the number of appliances covered. For home systems, coverage covers essential systems such as heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical.
Plans are available with monthly or annual billing options. They will be billed automatically on the corresponding billing date, depending on the payment method selected, using the payment method provided by the client at the time of subscription.
The client may cancel his plan at any time. To avoid automatic billing for the following period, the cancellation must be made before the next billing date. In the event of cancellation, the client will maintain coverage until the end of the period already paid for, without the right to reimbursement for the unused portion of the service.
PAYMENTS
Payment for the plans offered by Warranty Services may be made by the accepted payment methods, which include credit card and bank transfer. By selecting the credit card payment method, the client authorizes Warranty Services to charge automatically on each billing date, using the card registered at the time of subscription. The client must ensure that their credit card details are up to date and valid for ongoing payment processing.
In case of opting for the bank transfer method, the client will be responsible for making the corresponding payment on each billing date. Warranty Services will not assume any responsibility for delays in the execution of the wire transfer and will consider the payment as not having been made until the funds are received in the designated bank account. The client should note that failure to pay by the billing date, either by failure to complete the transfer or by rejection of the credit card transaction, will result in immediate suspension of the plan.
Warranty Services may, at its sole discretion, grant a limited grace period for the regularization of outstanding payments. If the client fails to cure the non-payment within such period, the plan will be permanently terminated. During the suspension period, the contracted coverage services will not be offered until payment is completed. Warranty Services reserves the right to reclaim the amount due through the appropriate legal mechanisms in case of prolonged non-payment.
The client is responsible for keeping all information related to their payment method up to date and ensuring that funds are available on the appropriate dates to avoid suspension or cancellation of services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Warranty Services shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental damages, losses or injuries arising out of the use of Warranty Services, the inability to use Warranty Services or any delay in providing Warranty Services, whether such damages are caused by negligence, breach of contract, tort or otherwise. Warranty Services’ liability shall be strictly limited to the value of the services contracted, but in no event shall it exceed the total amount paid for the warranty plan for the period in which the claim arose.
The warranty services offered by Warranty Services are limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the appliances or systems covered by the selected plan. Warranty Services does not guarantee specific response times or uninterrupted continuity of services. Time frames for repair or replacement may be affected by external factors such as parts availability or the intervention of outside vendors. In this regard, Warranty Services shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, logistical problems, communication failures or restrictions imposed by competent authorities.
The client agrees that Warranty Services are subject to the limitations and exclusions specified in each plan, and that certain damages are not covered. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized modifications or other than home use of the equipment. Further, Warranty Services shall not be liable for inaccuracy or inadequacy of information provided by the client regarding covered equipment or claims submitted.
Warranty Services assumes no responsibility for loss of data, property damage or any other damage resulting from the failure of covered appliances or systems. Client is responsible for taking the necessary steps to protect their property and ensure the security of their personal information.
Client understands and agrees that Warranty Services acts solely as a warranty service provider and has no responsibility for the quality, functionality or suitability of covered appliances or systems. Any claims related to manufacturing defects should be addressed directly to the manufacturer, as Warranty Services assumes no liability for inherent defects in the products or their design.
These limitations of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without prejudice to any rights of the client that may not be excluded or limited under such law.
COPYRIGHT
All content on Warranty Services website, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and other items are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Warranty Services or by third parties who have licensed or provided their material to the website.
